Our Privacy Policy is simple: we do not trade, sell or give any of your personal information to anybody! We also value our privacy.
How To Order
You can place an order with Airparamo in any of the following ways:
- Telephone. Call us to place your order!
Call us at 602-692-7995. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard.
When placing your order by phone, please make sure to have the following information ready:
- Your credit card number, expiration date, and three digit code on the back of your card
- Credit card billing address and name as it appears on your card
- The address to ship to (if different from above)
- A telephone number and times you can be reached
- Also, please have the following information about the items you're ordering:
- Item description
- Quantity
- Item price
- Color or size, if appropriate
- Other information, if appropriate
- Secure Online Shopping Cart.
Most of our products are available to order with our shopping cart, an online ordering system with a secure server. You may access the products you wish to purchase from our Shop Online section of the Airparamo website.
Go to the product you wish to order, enter the amounts and other information (if applicable) and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button to add your selection to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page you may change the quantity you desire. At any time before you submit your order, you may add or delete product selections, or cancel your order completely. So, don't be afraid to push the "Add to Shopping Cart" button and select which products you want to keep when you are finished shopping.
At any time you can select the "View Shopping Cart" to see what you have selected in your cart.
From the Shopping Cart Page, you may "Continue Shopping" to add more products or finalize your order by selecting "Go To Payments". Any changes made to the order should be verified by pressing "Recalculate" before clicking on "Go To Payments".
Airparamo processes most Shopping Cart orders the same business day as they are received.

Email your order to order@airparamo.com. Please call, e-mail or use the Shopping Cart to determine shipping and handling charges. When placing your order by e-mail, please make sure to include the following information:
- Your credit card number, expiration date, and three digit code on the back of your card

- The address to ship to (if different from above)
- A telephone number and times you can be reached
- Your fax number
- Your valid e-mail address
- Also, please have the following information about the items you're ordering:

- Postal Mail. Send your order by mail.
Print our order form and fill it out with what you want to order. Please call, e-mail or use the Shopping Cart to determine shipping and handling charges. Send the order by mail, along with your check, money order, credit card information or other payment information to:

Personal checks must clear before the order is shipped (1-2 weeks). If you prefer faster service, send a money order or a credit card number.

We are required by Arizona law to collect sales tax of 7.7% for all products that end in Arizona. No sales tax is collected for products sent out of state or for services.
- Shipping & Handling Info
- Standard shipping and handling rates are $5 for orders under $50 and $10 for orders over $50. Some items ship with free shipping.
- Additional shipping may be required on heavier or larger orders (such as paramotors, paragliders, and trikes), international orders, or orders requiring a quick delivery.
- If you have specific shipping requirements (such as next day) please indicate this in the order. Additional charges may apply.
- If the product is over-sized or requires special shipping, please call or e-mail Airparamo for a proper shipping quote (Please include your postal code).
- Airparamo tries to process all orders sent on the same business day they are received.
- Shipments are usually sent by Priority US Postal Mail, UPS, or other shippers.
- Smaller orders are sent with no signature required. Larger orders, in excess of $300, will have a signature required for delivery. Please make arrangements to have someone present to receive your packages.
- Please use the Shopping Cart to determine shipping and handling charges.
- International orders may encounter other charges such as customs, duty fees, import taxes or delivery fees that apply to your country that you will be responsible for when your purchase is delivered. For example, Canadian deliveries have a $32 or more Brokerage Fee.
- We do not ship to a PO Box (This includes APO).
- Back Ordered Items
If you live within the Continental U.S., we will not delay your entire order if an item is not in stock. We will ship all that we have, and ship the back-ordered item(s) when they arrive. For international orders, we will delay the shipment until your entire order can be filled.
- Return Policy
We have a flexible return policy on items we stock under $500. Please call us for a return authorization within 7 days of your purchase. We will then give you the information you need to return items. Any returned items must be in new, re-saleable condition in the original boxes with all the paperwork for a refund, credit or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. To avoid delays in processing your return, we ask you to ship the return back to us using a trackable courier (UPS or DHL)
However, on special order items or items that are over $500, we will confirm the order in person or by phone prior to a full commitment from the buyer. We require at least a 50% non-refundable down payment to begin a special order. We make special exceptions on cancelling a special order with a 15% penalty plus any direct costs we have incurred to get the order shipped.
